Reopening of the Villa Majorelle in Nancy

Inaugural weekend February 15-16, 2020

The Villa Majorelle, iconic Art Nouveau building in Nancy, reopens after important renovation works.

Historic monument designed by architect Henri Sauvage around 1901-1902 for the artist Louis Majorelle, the Villa Majorelle is the first entirely Art Nouveau building in Nancy.
After important exterior renovation works, a great part of the Villa Majorelle’s internal renovations have just been completed.
A meticulous reconstruction of the well-known original decorations and furnishings of the reception rooms and the bedroom offer the visitor an opportunity to go back in time and to explore the Art Nouveau period and the artist’s family life.
With new reception areas and mediation tools, the Villa Majorelle has been established as a major, essential and exciting venue for exploring Art Nouveau in Nancy.

Welcome to the Majorelle family home!
